The Property Crimes Unit is responsible for investigating numerous crimes. Those crimes include, but are not limited to, Thefts, Entering Autos, Burglaries, Auto Thefts, Forgeries, and others. This unit is responsible for regulation of the pawn shops located in the unincorporated areas of the county.

Each Investigator is responsible for investigating multiple crimes and cases at one time, investigating leads, contacting victims, arresting suspects, interviewing witnesses, writing search warrants, gathering evidence, and recovering stolen property. The unit is managed by Lieutenant Kayla Roberts.
