The Criminal Investigations Division of the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office is branched into five different units. The units are as follow:
- Property Unit
- Persons Unit
- Crime Scene Investigations Unit
- Special Investigations Unit
- Narcotics
The property unit and persons unit is responsible for follow-up investigations of crimes committed in Barrow County, Georgia. The Criminal Investigations Division is managed by Captain Cory Almond. Please feel free to contact the Criminal Investigations Division to follow up on the status of an incident report that you have filed with the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office.
